Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kololad mobile application (“Kololad,” the “App,” or the “Service”) operated by Leksiana LLC (“Leksiana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using Kololad. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Kololad

Kololad is a guided routine timer app. It allows users to create routines made of steps, timers, instructions, sounds, photos, and videos.

Kololad is designed as a local-first app. Routine data, Routine Activity and completion history, and user-added media are stored on your device and, when iCloud is available for Kololad, automatically synchronize through your private Apple CloudKit database to other supported devices using the same Apple Account.

2. No Account Required

Kololad does not currently require you to create a Kololad account or sign in to a Leksiana service to use the App locally.

An Apple Account and iCloud access are required for synchronization across devices. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

3. Your Routines and Media

You are responsible for the routines, instructions, photos, videos, and other content you add to Kololad.

You should only add content that you have the right to use. Do not use Kololad to store or create content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Photos and videos added to routines are intended for your personal routine use inside the App.

4. Local Data, iCloud Synchronization, and Backups

Kololad stores routine information, Routine Activity and completion history, and user-added media locally on your device.

When iCloud is available for Kololad, the App attempts to synchronize routines, settings, Routine Activity and completion history, deletion state, and user-added media automatically. Synchronization may be delayed or unavailable because of connectivity, Apple Account status, iCloud settings, storage limits, service availability, or device conditions.

Deleting the App from one device does not necessarily delete synchronized data from iCloud or other devices. Deleted routines and explicitly deleted steps remain recoverable in Recently Deleted for 30 days before automatic removal.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your devices and Apple Account and for any additional backups you consider necessary. Although Kololad is designed to preserve local work and reconcile device changes safely, synchronization conflicts, account changes, service failures, or data loss may still occur.

5. Free and Paid Features

Kololad may offer both free features and paid features.

The free version may include limits, such as limits on the number of routines, steps, sounds, or other features.

Kololad Plus may unlock additional features, such as more routines, more steps, additional sounds, or other premium features shown inside the App.

We may change, add, or remove features over time. Any current features and limits will be shown inside the App.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Kololad may offer an optional paid subscription called Kololad Plus through Apple In-App Purchase.

If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Leksiana LLC does not directly process your payment card information and does not control Apple’s billing system.

Subscription prices, billing periods, and available offers are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country or region.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.

Except where required by law or handled by Apple, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.

8. Safe Use

Kololad is a routine timer and organization tool. It is not a medical device, emergency tool, therapy service, or professional advice service.

Do not rely on Kololad in situations where timing errors, missed alerts, device failure, distraction, or data loss could cause harm, injury, property damage, or other serious consequences.

Use the App safely and only in appropriate situations.

9. Intellectual Property

Kololad, including its design, branding, software, text, graphics, sounds provided by the App, and other materials, is owned by Leksiana LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

10. App Store Terms

If you download Kololad from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license agreement applies.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Kololad may include links to third-party websites or services, such as Apple subscription management or support links.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

12. No Warranty

Kololad is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to provide a useful and reliable app, but we do not guarantee that the App or its synchronization will always be available, immediate, error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leksiana LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leksiana LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Kololad.

14. Changes to the App

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kololad at any time. We may also change feature limits, pricing, or subscription offerings. If required, changes to subscriptions will be handled according to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will change the effective date above.

Your continued use of Kololad after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
